Nicco Uco Alliance Credit Ltd. announced the resignation of Mr. S. S. Majumdar from his position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective March 19, 2026. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on March 19, 2026.Mr. Majumdar initially communicated his intention to resign on March 11, 2026, citing health-related reasons, including recurring head injuries and a fractured collarbone sustained on March 9, 2026. He has held the position since April 1, 2014. The Board meeting that approved the resignation commenced at 2:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:50 P.M.
