Upon the scheme becoming effective, J.K. Shah Commerce Education Limited will encompass the entirety of Veranda Learning’s Commerce education business. Shah Classes, BB Virtuals, Navkar Digital Institute, Tapasya College of Commerce, and Logic School of Management.As an independent listed entity, JSCEL is positioned to pursue accelerated growth and strengthen its market leadership.
