The resolution plan involving the acquisition of Wind World (India) Limited has received approval from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench. The order granting approval was issued on July 27, 2026.The resolution plan involves a consortium comprising Inox Neo Energies Limited (INEL) and Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited. This joint effort aims to acquire aspects of Wind World (India) Limited (WWIL).
Under the approved Resolution Plan, INEL, acting as the Lead Member or its affiliates, is set to acquire two key areas from WWIL: the Intellectual Property (IPP) and power sale undertaking, as well as the operations and maintenance (O&M) business of WWIL. Concurrently, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited and/or its affiliates will take over certain identified real estate and assets from WWIL.
The financial commitment pledged by Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited under this Resolution Plan is approximately INR 350,00,00,000.
