
NCLAT Orders Continue Stay on Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd

In a statement regarding the proceedings, the company reported that the NCLAT was unable to hear the matter on the scheduled date of April 20, 2026, citing paucity of time. Consequently, the tribunal fixed the next date of hearing for July 10, 2026.
Crucially, the Hon'ble NCLAT also directed the continuation of the interim stay on the CIRP process, which had originally been granted through an Order dated September 03, 2024.
The latest order from the NCLAT, issued in the matter concerning Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 1734 of 2024 & I.A. No. 2735 of 2025, confirmed the revised schedule. The ruling stated that the appeal was listed to be heard on July 10, 2026, with an interim order to continue.
