During the Board meeting held on April 13, 2026, the directors examined the notice of non-compliance and the subsequent waiver application and rejection letter.
Following the review, the Board issued specific directives, emphasizing the need for strict adherence to all SEBI (LODR) Regulations applicable to the company. Furthermore, the Board advised the Management to ensure they remain fully updated on any amendments and regulatory changes issued by SEBI and the Companies Act 2013 from time to time.
