Financial Performance Highlights​

NCC announced that its net profit jumped 12.6% year-on-year during the quarter, reaching Rs 216.4 crore. Revenue from operations also showed solid growth, growing by 12.2% to stand at Rs 5,812 crore.

The company’s operational efficiency was clearly reflected in the Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA). EBITDA rose by 19.5%, reaching Rs 545 crore. This increase contributed to a positive shift in profitability ratios.

Margin Expansion and Business Strength​

The improvement in earnings led to a healthy rise in the EBITDA margin. The company successfully improved its EBITDA margin to 9.38%. This figure represents an uplift from the 8.81% margin recorded in the preceding year.

Beyond profitability, NCC demonstrated strong business traction by securing three new orders during July. These contracts bolster the company’s future revenue pipeline.

New Orders and Divisional Contribution​

The newly secured orders total Rs 1,052.71 crore. The distribution across divisions showed strength, with Rs 590.38 crore allocated to the Buildings Division. A significant portion of this new business, amounting to Rs 462.33 crore, relates specifically to the Water Division.

Stock Market Context and Valuation​

In the previous trading session, NCC stock closed at Rs 143.75, representing a marginal rise of Rs 0.15 or 0.10 percent. The company holds a market capitalization of Rs 9,025.29 crore.

The share has been assessed against its historical performance range. It reached a 52-week high of Rs 225.90 and marked its 52-week low at Rs 130.20. Currently, the stock is trading 36.37 percent below its highest recorded level and 10.41 percent above its lowest level.
