NAVA Limited has reported a data incident involving the draft management accounts of its material subsidiary, Maamba Energy Ltd., for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The incident occurred during an email transmission initiated by an Articled Assistant at M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, the company's Statutory Auditors.

The error occurred on July 17, 2026, at approximately 12:24 p.m. An email intended for two employees of NAVA Limited responsible for accounts consolidation and audit coordination was sent to an unintended recipient because one of the internal email addresses was inadvertently replaced during the drafting process.

Immediate Response and Mitigation​
