National Aluminium Company Ltd. announced it will close the trading window for its securities starting April 1, 2026. The closure affects all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The date of the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be announced in due course. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s internal code of conduct for preventing insider trading.
