Namo eWaste Management Limited Announces Proposed Inter-se Transfer of Shares​

Namo eWaste Management Limited announced on March 23, 2026, a proposed acquisition of shares via an inter-se transfer among promoters. The transaction, involving a gift of shares, is expected to occur on or after March 27, 2026.

According to the disclosure, Mr. Akshay Jain will transfer 42,50,000 shares to Mr. Naresh Kumar Jain, representing 18.59% of the shares held by Mr. Akshay Jain. Simultaneously, 29,41,439 shares will be transferred to Mrs. Rachna Jain, accounting for 12.87% of the shares held by Mr. Akshay Jain.
