Nakoda Group Allots 35 Lakh Convertible Warrants at ₹28 Per Unit on Preferential Basis​

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited has completed the allotment of 35,00,000 Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis. The warrants were issued at an issue price of ₹28/- per warrant.

The allotment process followed a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 2, 2026.

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited shareholders saw their stock gain 1.72% today, as the equity closed at ₹41.81. The share price traded within a narrow intraday range, reaching a high of ₹42.5 after bottoming out at ₹40.6 during trading.
