Segment Performance​

Addressing the results, Managing Director Anoop Bector stated that FY26 was a landmark year for Mrs. Bectors Food Specialties Ltd. The company surpassed the INR 2,000 crore revenue milestone, scaling from INR 988 crores in FY22 to INR 2,044 crores in FY26, which reflects a 20% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over four years.

For the full year, the company delivered 9.1% growth. The Biscuits business grew at 6.72%, and the Bakery business recorded a strong 14%.

In the fourth quarter of FY26, revenue from operations stood at INR 485.9 crores, reflecting 8.9% Year-over-Year (YoY) growth. EBITDA margin came in at 12.7%, representing an improvement of 25 basis points compared to Q4 FY25.
