MRC Agrotech Limited, formerly known as MRC Exim Ltd, has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors to review key financial results and consider executive compensation. The Board meeting is set for Friday, August 14, 2026, at the Company’s Registered Office.

The agenda for the board includes the consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This review encompasses both standalone and consolidated results, alongside a Limited Review Report prepared on the outcomes.

A significant item slated for discussion is the executive remuneration structure for Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, who serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Company. The board is scheduled to consider and approve a payment of Rs. 5,00,000 per month based on a Cost-to-Company (CTC) basis. This remuneration would be effective from April 1, 2026, subject to approval by shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

In addition to these items, the Board is expected to transact any other related business with the necessary permission from the Chairman and the majority of Directors present.

Trading Window Status​

The Company also issued a notice regarding insider trading practices. As part of its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since July 1, 2026. This restriction will remain in effect until 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results.

Stock Price Movement​

Shares of MRC Agrotech Ltd settled at ₹36.11 on Friday after edging higher, marking a 0.61% gain. The stock navigated an intraday range that spanned from a low of ₹34.86 to an intraday high of ₹36.37.
