Morarka Finance Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Morarka Finance Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) of a trading window closure effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed for designated persons, including directors and employees, along with their immediate relatives, until 48 hours following the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the financial results will be announced subsequently.
In compliance with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the Permanent Account Numbers (PAN) of designated persons will be frozen by the National Securities Depository Limited for trading in equity shares during the window closure.
