MOIL Revises Manganese Ore Prices for June 2026; Key Grades See 5% to 10% Drops​

MOIL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has revised the prices for various grades of Manganese Ore and associated products, effective from June 1, 2026. The adjustments relate to the pricing structure for the quarter April to June 2026, specifically impacting the rates for the month of June 2026.

According to the updates, multiple grades of manganese ore saw price changes, with rates decreasing for several categories.

The company issued details concerning the fixing and revision of prices for different grades, noting the following changes:

Major Price Adjustments for June 2026:

  • High-Grade Ferro Ore: Prices for all Ferro grades of manganese ore having a Manganese (Mn) content of 44% and above have decreased by 6%. This reduction is based on the prices that were in effect since May 1, 2026.
  • Mid-Grade and Other Grades: A 5% decrease was recorded for all other Ferro grades of manganese ore (with Mn content below 44%), as well as Chemical grades, SMGR grades, and Fines. This reduction is based on rates prevailing since May 1, 2026.
  • Specific Ferro Grade: The Ferro grade identified as BG4584 saw a 10% price decrease, relative to the rates that were in effect since May 1, 2026.

Product Continuity and Fixed Prices:

Certain products maintained their rates for June 2026:

  • Fines Ore: The prices for specific ore codes of Fines—BGF534, KDF393, and UKF532—have been continued for the month of June, 2026.
  • EMD Basic Price: The basic price for EMD was continued at Rs. 1,80,000/- PMT for June 2026.
  • EMD Flakes Basic Price: The basic price for EMD flakes was maintained at Rs. 1,71,000/- for June 2026.

The revisions and continued rates took effect from midnight of May 31, 2026, leading into June 2026.

MOIL Stock Price Movement​
