Modis Navnirman Limited Begins Construction of Residential Project 'Rashmi Avenue' in Dahisar, Mumbai​

Mumbai, India, March 19, 2026: Modis Navnirman Limited has commenced construction of its upcoming residential and commercial project, Rashmi Avenue, located at CTS No. 829, Village Eksar, Kandarpada, Dahisar (West), Mumbai. The commencement of construction was marked by a Bhoomi Poojan ceremony.

Rashmi Avenue is planned as a mixed-use development on a plot area of approximately 4,836.25 sq. mtrs. The project will include 225 residential apartments, 18 commercial shops, and 1 commercial office, replacing an existing structure comprising 119 residential flats and 17 commercial shops.

Strategically located in Dahisar (West), Rashmi Avenue offers connectivity to key parts of Mumbai and access to social infrastructure.
