Meghmani Organics Announces Trading Window Closure
Meghmani Organics Ltd. announced that the trading window for its Equity Shares will be closed starting April 1, 2026. The closure aligns with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the fiscal year 2025-26. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be announced subsequently.
To restrict trading by designated individuals and their immediate relatives, Meghmani Organics has designated Central Depository Service Limited. Trading will be restricted through a freeze on PAN at the security level for the company’s ISIN-INE0CT101020, in accordance with SEBI circulars dated July 19, 2023, and April 21, 2025.
