Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd. announced on March 26, 2026, that it has received approval to shift its registered office. The move, previously disclosed on August 13, 2025, and January 23, 2026, will relocate the registered office from Mumbai, Maharashtra, to Gurugram, Haryana.The Regional Director, Western Region, Mumbai, approved the relocation via order number RD/Section13/SRN AC1941938/8180, dated March 24, 2026. The company received a certified copy of the order on March 25, 2026.
Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd. is currently finalizing the necessary filings with the Registrar of Companies. Details regarding the effective date of the relocation will be provided to the stock exchange in due course and will also be available on the company’s website at www.mmwlindia.com.
