The Board of Directors of Medi Assist, during a meeting held on June 24, 2026, sanctioned the investment amounting to INR equivalent to GBP 589,270 as of the remittance date. This funding is intended for the additional acquisition of shares from existing shareholders of Mayfair.

Upon completion of this transaction, Medi Assist’s total shareholding in Mayfair will rise substantially, increasing from 60% to 91.75% of its issued share capital. Concurrently, Mr. Michail Chopra will shift from his role as CEO of Mayfair to Founder & Strategic Advisor, effective once all transaction requirements are met.
