The results reflected exceptional items across both entities. The consolidated financial statements noted an exceptional item (loss) in March 31, 2026 for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, amounting to Rs. 2,373 lakhs, attributed to the statutory impact of new Labour Codes.

In standalone results, the exceptional item (loss) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, was 2,736 lakhs. This consolidated loss included impairment of Investment in subsidiary, which totaled Rs. 363 lakhs for the quarter.

The company provided segment revenue and profit details, with operations categorized into UK & Europe, North America, and AMEA.
