Mason Infratech Limited Appoints Additional Director
Mason Infratech Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Subhash C. Varshney as an Additional Director, serving in the capacity of a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective March 23, 2026. The decision was approved at a Board meeting held on the same date.The Board meeting commenced at 3:15 P.M. and concluded at 3:45 P.M.
Mr. Varshney holds a Post Graduate Degree in Science and previously served as Principal Chief Commissioner of CGST in Mumbai within the Indian Revenue Service. He brings 35 years of experience in the Central Government, including positions within Central Excise, Customs, and the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. Following his retirement, he served as a Strategic Advisor to the Chancellor of Narsee Moonjee Institute of the Management Studies (NMIMS) and currently holds an Independent Director position in two other companies, while also working as a Principal Partner at GGC Legal.
