Marico Limited Completes Integration of Zed Lifestyle Business Unit in Intra-Group Restructuring
Mumbai: Marico Limited has finalized a key phase of its intra-group restructuring, completing the integration of the business of Zed Lifestyle Private Limited ('Zed'), a wholly owned subsidiary. The consolidation occurred following the distribution of Zed's entire business undertaking to the parent company on a going concern basis.The completion of this process was confirmed after the Liquidator issued a Letter of Distribution dated June 29, 2026, formally transferring the assets and operations of Zed to Marico Limited.
As a result of this distribution, the business undertaking of Zed is now consolidated with that of Marico Limited effective June 29, 2026. This move concludes the voluntary liquidation phase of the restructuring process concerning the subsidiary.
Moving forward, the Liquidator is scheduled to initiate the necessary steps to secure approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad, for the dissolution of Zed in accordance with applicable laws.
