M/s Sagar & Associates, a firm with over two decades of experience based in Hyderabad, specializes in statutory audits and tax laws and is a peer reviewed firm (PR No. 011975).
The board also sanctioned the re-appointment of Mrs. Bharata Mallika Ratna Kumari Grandhi as Chairperson & Managing Director (Executive Category) for five years, effective February 12, 2027. Mrs. Grandhi has been associated with the Company since 2001, bringing 24 years of experience in the jewellery industry. In her role, she oversees overall operations and provides strategic direction, focusing on strengthening sales, implementing marketing strategies, and driving business development for the Company.
Furthermore, the re-appointment of Mrs. Sai Keerthana Grandhi as a Whole-time Director (Executive Category) was approved. Effective March 01, 2027, Mrs. Grandhi will serve for five years in this capacity. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been instrumental in managing the finances of the Company while contributing to marketing and product development initiatives.
Mrs. Sai Sindhuri Grandhi was also re-appointed as an Executive Director, effective March 01, 2027, for a five year term. Associated with the company since 2012, Mrs. Grandhi manages the HR and Administration activities of Manoj Vaibhav Gems N Jewellers Limited.
