Mangalam Worldwide Limited (MWL), a fully integrated stainless-steel manufacturer, has announced its empanelment with several leading global and domestic institutions, including QatarEnergy, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Engineers India Limited (EIL), and Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC). These approvals significantly strengthen MWL's market positioning across the international energy, refinery, infrastructure, power, and industrial sectors.Chandragupt Prakash Mangal, Managing Director of Mangalam Worldwide Limited, stated that the empanelment with globally recognized institutions such as QatarEnergy, BHEL, EIL, and GSFC validates the company's product quality, manufacturing capabilities, and operational reliability. The approvals validate MWL's quality assurance systems, compliance capabilities, and access to global oil and gas supply chains. The partnerships with BHEL and EIL specifically establish the company's presence in India's power infrastructure and refinery-petrochemical sectors, while GSFC extends MWL's reach into chemicals and industrial manufacturing.
Manufacturing Capacity and Portfolio
At the core of MWL's strength is its vertically integrated manufacturing ecosystem, which covers melting, rolling, bright bar finishing, and seamless pipe and tube production.The company delivers approximately 190,000 MT annually. MWL offers a diversified stainless steel portfolio for critical applications across sectors, including:
- Billets
- Ingots
- Hot rolled and forged bars
- Bright bars
- Seamless pipes and tubes
MWL, established in 1995, operates with infrastructure that includes steel melting shops, rolling mills, a peeling unit with finishing machines, and a Seamless Pipes & Tubes unit across four plants in Halol (Unit I), Changodar (Unit II), and Kapadvanj (Unit III & IV), Gujarat. These facilities cover over 1,25,000 square meters and boast a total installed capacity exceeding 1,90,000 MTPA.
The company also produces stainless steel (SS) billets, ingots, flat bars, round bars, bright bars, as well as seamless pipes & tubes and U-tubes.
