Kolkata – Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited (Scrip Code: BSE 537800) announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This measure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct.The trading window closure applies to the company’s promoters, directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the public declaration and publication of the company’s audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the board meeting where the audited financial results will be declared is expected to be announced subsequently.
