Man Infraconstruction Ltd. Announces Change in Subsidiary Partnership Interest
Man Infraconstruction Limited announced a revision to its partnership interest in Man Aaradhya Infraconstruction LLP, a subsidiary, effective April 1, 2026. The change follows internal reorganization within the group.As a result of this reorganization, Man Infraconstruction Limited’s partnership interest in Man Aaradhya has decreased from 45% to 37.50%. Simultaneously, Man Vastucon LLP, another subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction Limited, has increased its partnership interest in Man Aaradhya from 5.50% to 13%.
The company confirmed that the changes do not impact the ultimate control or management of Man Aaradhya.
