The company announced that it completed the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement with certain promoters of Carnot Technologies Private Limited on April 27, 2026. Through this acquisition, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited acquired an additional 28.03% of the paid-up equity share capital.
Upon the completion of the transaction, the company's holding in Carnot Technologies Private Limited increased to 80.72% of the paid-up equity share capital, bringing its collective voting rights to 89%. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited stated that this increase in stake aligns with the company's belief in the long-term potential of precision farming and telematics technology. Carnot Technologies Private Limited will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.

The transaction involved the acquisition of additional 5,608 equity shares, each having a face value of Rs. 10, constituting 28.03% of Carnot's total paid up equity capital.
