Business Vertical Highlights​

The company noted several key highlights driving the financial performance in FY26 (Consolidated):

  • Revenue Growth: The company achieved strong revenue growth of 15%, credited across all business verticals. After two financial years, reported PAT for FY26 stood at ₹2.3 crores, with Operational PAT at ₹8.2 crores.
  • Express Business: This vertical increased its revenue by 25% year-over-year (YoY). Through network optimization, yield actions across customers, and effective cost control, the segment achieved a positive gross margin of 1.3% in FY26.
  • Freight Forwarding: Despite a challenging global trade environment, the segment showed resilience, recording 14% revenue growth YoY. EBITDA growth of 48% was attributed to margin expansion due to traction in the nomination business and deeper penetration with key customers.
  • Mobility: Revenue grew by 22% and EBITDA saw a 45% YoY growth. This growth was fueled by new additions to the B2B portfolio and the successful launch of Alyte Prive, a premium, technology-enabled B2C mobility service offering both airport-to-city and intercity travel.
  • Last Mile Delivery (LMD): The business consolidated its presence among customers, strengthening its position in high-potential areas. In Q4 FY26, the business generated an EBITDA of ₹2.2 crores, compared to a ₹1 crore loss in Q3 FY26.
  • Warehousing: The operations maintained scale, managing 20.4 million square feet of space. The company also made progress in portfolio optimization, with white space reduction progressing as planned.

Management Commentary​

Commenting on the results, Mr. Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Ltd., stated that Q4 FY26 reflects sustained momentum in the company's transformation journey.

Mr. Sikka noted that building on the return to profitability last quarter, the company observed stronger execution discipline, tighter operational rigor, and a sharper focus on customer-level economics.

He added that these improvements were driven by stronger performance across contract logistics businesses, meaningful progress in the Express business turnaround, and a sustained focus on operational excellence. He also mentioned that the company's presence in e-commerce and quick commerce continues to show strong growth.

MAHLOG Stock Price Movement​

Today, Mahindra Logistics Limited (MAHLOG) shares edged higher to close at ₹442.7, marking a solid gain of 1.92% for the session. The stock demonstrated strong momentum today, with the closing price settling near its 52-week high of ₹448 and robust trading volume reaching 796,486 shares.
