New Delhi, April 6 Food delivery and e-commerce platform Magicpin announced the launch of its AI Assistant, "Vera," for restaurants and retailers on Monday, to provide real-time insights into order volume for operational planning.
During the pre-launch trial phase, over 100,000 restaurants and retailers have already been onboarded onto "Vera," Magicpin stated.
The launch was expedited due to a severe LPG crisis affecting food delivery partner restaurants across India, during which Magicpin provided real-time, AI-enabled support through Vera, it added.
Anshoo Sharma, CEO and Co-founder at Magicpin, said, "Vera acts as a growth engine that not only manages a merchant's digital presence but also drives real business outcomes. Early results indicate a 1.5-2 times increase in visibility, up to 3 times increase in customer actions, and a significant jump in conversion to paying customers."
Magicpin has committed an investment of USD 1 million to build an AI stack, with Vera being a part of the initiative.
The AI stack aims to reduce barriers for small businesses operating on thin margins by improving their online presence, thereby reaching more customers and driving revenue growth.
