Macpower CNC Machines Limited Secures 13 Acres Land Lease in Gujarat for Capacity Expansion​

Macpower CNC Machines Limited has announced the acquisition of legally registered leasehold rights over approximately 13 acres near Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat. This strategic move is set to support the company’s manufacturing growth, component production, and future expansion capabilities.

The land, which comprises 9 acres for immediate use and 4 acres designated as a green zone, has been secured on a 30-year lease basis at a nominal rate. The land acquisition is intended to facilitate debottlenecking of existing manufacturing processes and the expansion of facilities, including backward integration initiatives.

The company plans an investment of approximately ₹50 Crore for building infrastructure, machinery, utilities, and associated facilities. This investment will be funded through internal accruals and/or debt financing. Macpower has set a target completion timeline for the project within 12 months and has engaged Taknik Consultants, an industrial consulting firm based in Ahmedabad.

The company is eligible for several benefits under the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026, including up to 25% Capital Subsidy on Plant & Machinery and Building, as well as a 7% Interest Subsidy. Macpower currently maintains a capacity of 2500 Machines Per Annum.
