Lodha Developers Limited has announced that Thane Commercial A Management Private Limited has ceased to be a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company, effective June 10, 2026. This change relates to the infrastructure and facility management provided for the commercial building known as 'Lodha iThink-Tower A'.Thane Commercial was incorporated solely to manage aspects related to the commercial development located at Eastern Express Highway, Chirak Nagar, Thane (W), Taluka & Dist. Thane - 400607, identified as the ‘Project’.
In accordance with established contractual arrangements and provisions of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963 (MOFA), Lodha has initiated the transfer of proportionate equity shares of Thane Commercial to each unit holder corresponding to their ownership in the Project.
