LIC Board Meeting Scheduled for Financial Results Approval; Insider Trading Window Closed​

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has scheduled a Board meeting to review and approve its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting is set for August 06, 2026, during which the Board will consider both the standalone and consolidated financial results.

In adherence to regulations concerning insider trading, LIC has closed the trading window for its insiders ahead of the scheduled review. The period during which trading was restricted began on July 01, 2026.

The restriction on dealing in the Corporation's shares will remain active until August 08, 2026, or 48 hours following the Board meeting that is slated for the consideration and approval of the financial results.
