Lend Lease Company (India) Limited has acquired a stake in Nexome Capital Markets Limited through the company’s recent rights issue. The acquisition, disclosed on March 26, 2026, to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), involved Lend Lease Company (India) Limited and its persons acting in concert, including Utsav Parekh, Nilangi Parekh, Stewart Investment and Financial Pvt Ltd, Progressive Star Finance Pvt Ltd, Samarth Parekh, Vivaan and Keya Trust, Araiya and Kiaan Trust, and Saharsh Parekh.

Lend Lease Company (India) Limited, formerly SMIFS Capital Markets Limited, is classified as a promoter group. The acquirer, along with its PACs, acquired 28,900 shares, representing a 3.71% stake, in Nexome Capital Markets. Utsav Parekh, individually, acquired 96,200 shares (1.64%), and Nilangi Parekh acquired 1,23,000 shares (2.09%). Stewart Investment and Financial Pvt Ltd acquired 8,41,900 shares (14.33%).

The total acquisition includes 31,12,171 shares, representing 11.54% of the total diluted share capital. The mode of acquisition was through a rights issue.
