LE Lavoir Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the receipt of the fourth tranche of consideration for convertible warrants issued on a preferential basis. The total amount received in this tranche was Rs. 1,22,31,450 from Mrs. Kajal Ashok Jain and Ms. Viha Ashok Jain, both belonging to the non-promoter category.The warrants were issued at a price of Rs. 264.75 each, including a premium of Rs. 254.75 and a face value of Rs. 10.00.
