The company also confirmed details regarding the trading window for its Directors and Designated Officers. As per the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2026.
The company confirmed that all other agenda items and terms of the Board Meeting remain unchanged.
