Landmark Global Learning Limited (formerly Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares. The closure, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will take effect from April 1, 2026, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's Annual Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ending March 31, 2026.The date of the board meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated to the BSE Limited in due course.
