Lancor Holdings Limited Receives NCLT Sanction for Subsidiary Merger​

Lancor Holdings Limited announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Chennai has sanctioned the Scheme of Merger of Lancor Maintenance & Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, with Lancor Holdings Limited. The hearing took place on April 1, 2026.

The company is currently awaiting the formal order and will provide a detailed intimation regarding the merger in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
