KSL Holdings Disposes of Shares in BF Investment Limited​

Pune – March 25, 2026 – KSL Holdings Pvt Ltd, a member of the promoter group of BF Investment Limited, has disposed of 50,54,091 equity shares of the company on March 24, 2026. The shares were transferred through an inter-se transfer amongst members of the promoter group.

This transaction, disclosed pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, reduces KSL Holdings' holding to 0% of the target company’s share capital. Prior to the transfer, KSL Holdings held 13.42% of BF Investment Limited’s shares, representing 50,54,091 shares.

BF Investment Limited’s equity share capital before the disposal was Rs. 18,83,38,140, consisting of 3,76,67,628 equity shares of Rs. 5 each. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company remains Rs. 18,83,38,140, also consisting of 3,76,67,628 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
