Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at INR 422.2 million, marking an 86% increase over the previous quarter and 22% higher than the corresponding period in Q4 FY26.

Operational and Strategic Developments
Rajesh K. Hegde, Managing Director of KSH International, commented that growth in higher value-addition Specialized Wires (CTC) significantly contributed to the company's overall performance, outpacing the healthy growth seen in Standard Wires.Key operational highlights include:
- Capacity and Expansion: The installed capacity as of June 30, 2026 was 43,445 MTs. The company remains on track to achieve an installed capacity of 59,045 MTs by the end of FY27. Utilization at the company level improved to 73%, up from 70% in Q4 FY26.
- New Capacity and Agreements: KSH International commissioned its upcast backward integration facility during the quarter. Furthermore, the company secured a long-term framework agreement with a large Global transformer OEM to supply their facilities over the next five years.
- Market Focus: The focus on specialized magnet winding wires drove revenue growth in this segment by 113%. Export revenue also saw strong movement, rising 75.5% year-on-year, up from 14% a year ago.
- Future Growth: The company continues to expand its client base, including new transformer OEM customers for specialized wires and domestic OEM customers for standard products. The Board has approved a proposal for the acquisition of approximately 10 acres of industrial land in Supa for future expansion.
On the balance sheet, total debt increased to INR 4,810 million, primarily due to growth-driven working capital loans, yet the debt-to-equity ratio remained at a comfortable 0.57x. The company also improved its working capital cycle, reducing average days from 71 days in Q1 FY26 to 60 days during the quarter, driven by gains in both receivables and payables.
