Mumbai, August 12, 2026: Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL), a diversified provider of integrated facility management and ancillary services across India, announced that it has acquired a 100% equity stake in Citelum India Private Limited. The company acquired the stake from its current shareholders, including Citelum S.A.S., France. Citelum India will henceforth operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of KISL.This acquisition marks Krystal's strategic entry into the City Lighting and Urban Infrastructure segment, forming part of its broader goal to build an engineering-led infrastructure services business. KISL has set ambitious targets for this new vertical, aiming for annual revenue between ₹300 crore and ₹350 crore over the next three to four years. The company plans to allocate approximately ₹100 crore toward expanding engineering capabilities, technology platforms, and overall business expansion within this domain.
The strategic integration of Citelum India’s expertise with KISL’s existing operational platform is designed to strengthen the group's ability to deliver end-to-end infrastructure services, particularly those requiring long-term operations and maintenance projects. Krystal intends to scale its operations across 30 to 40 cities in 12 to 15 states, with infrastructure services projected to contribute between 12% and 15% of consolidated revenues.
Strategic Alignment and Expertise
The acquisition integrates Citelum India’s established domain expertise into the broader portfolio of KISL, enhancing the company’s offerings across varied industrial and municipal segments. Citelum India specializes in city lighting and urban infrastructure services for municipal bodies, state government entities, and corporate clients. Services offered include energy efficient street lighting, artistic illumination, and the operation and maintenance of urban networks.Furthermore, Citelum India holds specialized capabilities in smart cities initiatives, including video surveillance, traffic management, EV charging infrastructure integration, and advanced mobility solutions. Since its inception in 2011, the company has successfully managed over 3,00,000 lighting points across major projects spanning Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh (Indore), and Chennai.
KISL, meanwhile, maintains a diverse operational footprint, specializing in integrated facility management services such as security, staffing solutions, catering, and waste management across healthcare, education, manufacturing, and city infrastructure sectors. The company operates from over 4,000 locations nationwide, serving more than 570 customers since 2021.
