Krypton Industries Ltd. Reports Voting Results for Special Resolutions​

Krypton Industries Ltd. announced the results of its postal ballot, conducted through remote e-voting, on March 25, 2026. The company sought shareholder approval for several resolutions outlined in a notice dated February 23, 2026.

The resolution regarding Mr. Bardia’s remuneration garnered 44 votes in favor (30,17,127 votes) and 15 votes against.
