The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This restriction applies to promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons.
The date for the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be communicated to the stock exchanges at a later time.
