Ahmedabad, January 21, 2026: KPI Green Energy Limited, a renewable energy company listed on Indian stock exchanges, reported a strong set of consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended FY26, led by sharp growth in income, operating profitability, and net earnings.
The company’s consolidated total income for the first nine months of FY26 rose 64% year-on-year to ₹1,931 crore, compared with ₹1,177 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. EBITDA for the nine-month period climbed 71% YoY to ₹701 crore, while profit after tax increased 60% YoY to ₹354 crore, reflecting operating leverage and scale benefits.

For the nine months ended FY26, revenue from operations increased 63% YoY to ₹1,900 crore. The strong operating performance translated into a 71% jump in EBITDA to ₹701 crore, while profit before tax rose 58% YoY to ₹477 crore.
Net profit for the nine-month period stood at ₹354 crore, compared with ₹221 crore in 9M FY25, supported by higher scale of operations despite increased interest cost and depreciation.

Cost and Margin Dynamics​

Total operating expenses rose in line with revenue growth, increasing 64% YoY to ₹1,327 crore for 9M FY26. Interest cost for the nine-month period doubled to ₹130 crore, while depreciation and amortisation increased 114% YoY to ₹94 crore, reflecting asset additions and capacity expansion.
Despite higher finance and depreciation charges, the company maintained strong profitability growth, underscoring operating efficiency and execution strength.

Full-Year FY25 Reference​

For the full year FY25, KPI Green Energy had reported consolidated total income of ₹1,755 crore, EBITDA of ₹581 crore, and profit after tax of ₹325 crore, with a basic EPS of ₹16.23.
