Kopran Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Mumbai – March 24, 2026 – Kopran Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This action is in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the company’s Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The date for the board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
