Kontor Space Limited has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to lease a 40,000 square foot facility in Gurgaon, Haryana, aimed at expanding its co-working offerings. The new facility is expected to be operational by the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27.The upcoming Gurgaon location, situated in the National Capital Region (NCR), is secured with 80% back-to-back occupancy from multinational corporations (MNCs). This managed office setup is projected to contribute to revenue growth in fiscal year 2026-27.
According to Kontor Space Limited, the expansion demonstrates a commitment to further growth within the Delhi NCR region and a broader strategy of establishing a pan-India presence. The company aims to cater to the evolving needs of GCCs from MNC clients and solidify its position in the managed office space sector.
