Kody Technolab Limited Terminates Joint Venture Agreement with Vira Drones SA​

Kody Technolab Limited has announced the mutual termination of its Joint Venture Agreement with Vira Drones SA, Switzerland. The agreement, which was originally established to jointly develop and commercialize advanced aerial systems and establish a proposed Joint Venture Company in India, has been concluded following discussions between both parties.

However, due to differences in strategic priorities, execution approach, and business vision concerning the proposed venture, Kody Technolab Limited and Vira Drones SA have mutually decided to terminate the collaboration.

As per the terms of the agreement, the proposed Joint Venture Company was never incorporated, nor were any shares issued or allotted to Kody Technolab Limited pursuant to the joint venture agreement.

Kody Technolab Limited stated that the termination of the Joint Venture Agreement is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the company's financial position, existing business operations, or ongoing activities. The company will continue its focus on its current strategic initiatives and operational endeavors.

KODYTECH Stock Price Movement​

On Tuesday, shares of Kody Technolab Limited slipped by 1.35% to settle at ₹1379, marking a decline of ₹18.90 from the previous close. The stock traded within its daily range of ₹1345 to ₹1421 and recorded a total volume of 33,900 shares.
