Consolidated Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at INR 176.5 Cr, marking a 64% growth year-on-year (YoY). Similarly, EBITDA grew 61% YoY to INR 46.2 crores, and Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 52% YoY, reaching INR 29.9 crores.
Mr. Yash Gopal Gupta, Chairman of Kesar India Limited, attributed the strong FY26 performance to the operating leverage inherent in the company's land-led development model. He stated that the focus on execution, capital efficiency, and customer trust has positioned the company well to benefit from the next multi-year real estate cycle, supported by a sizeable land bank and a robust 3-5 year development pipeline.
Mr. Sachin Gopal Gupta, Managing Director, noted that FY26 was strong due to improved project execution, higher absorption across ongoing developments, and timely monetization of inventory. He emphasized that the company continues to scale its business by focusing on execution capabilities, governance, and sustainability, alongside disciplined capital allocation and diversification across residential, commercial, and mixed-use formats.
Looking ahead, the company confirmed its active effort to build a 3-5-year development pipeline to ensure sustained growth visibility and reduce reliance on opportunistic land acquisitions.
