Kellton Tech Solutions Launches Phoenix.AI to Modernize Enterprise Legacy Systems, Claiming 80% Speed Increase

Kellton Tech Solutions Limited has launched Phoenix.AI, an agentic platform designed to redefine how large enterprises modernize their legacy systems. The technology aims to re-engineer monolithic estates into cloud-native microservices, accelerating complex, multiyear transformation programs by up to 80% while reducing associated costs by up to 50%.

Built on frontier AI capabilities, Phoenix.AI operates through a continuously running, agentic transformation framework. This platform automates the entire end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise code modernization. The process covers everything from initial analysis and decomposition into microservices to conversion, validation, remediation, and quality assurance. Crucially, it ensures the preservation of enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and operational continuity.

The platform further enhances engineering productivity through built-in self-correction and execution intelligence, thereby strengthening transformation outcomes through accumulated delivery learning.

Scaling AI-Led Transformation

The commercial rollout of Phoenix.AI marks a key strategic shift for Kellton, positioning the company for AI-led enterprise execution at scale. The technology is already powering one of the largest AI-led code modernization programs executed by Kellton.

This specific engagement involves a US-headquartered global enterprise software leader that serves manufacturers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The scope of work includes migrating over 4 million lines of source code. The source code, originally written in Progress ABL/OpenEdge, is being re-engineered into a fully scalable, cloud-native microservices architecture utilizing a modern Microsoft .NET Core and Entity Framework stack. This comprehensive program covers 12 core business modules, including Purchase, Production, Sales, and Common Services, which form the backbone of the client's flagship enterprise platform.

Executive Insights

Mr. Niranjan Chintam, Founder and Chairman of Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, noted that enterprise modernization has historically been overly slow, expensive, and risky. He stated that Phoenix.AI was specifically developed to close the widening gap between rising technology debt and the growing demands for business agility.

"We are not positioning AI as an overlay to transformation; we are embedding it into the core of enterprise engineering and delivery," Chintam said. "Phoenix.AI is already accelerating legacy modernization by up to 80%, while cutting transformation complexity, engineering overhead, and associated costs by up to half. This represents a defining shift in how enterprise transformation will be delivered in the AI era."
