KEC International Names Raman Kapil as President-Civil; Nagesh Veeturi to Superannuate​

KEC International Ltd has announced significant changes in its Senior Management Personnel, confirming the appointment of Mr. Raman Kapil as President-Civil and noting the superannuation of Mr. Nagesh Veeturi from his role as Executive Director-Civil.

The company confirmed that Mr. Raman Kapil has taken charge as President-Civil effective April 27, 2026. Mr. Kapil brings over 33 years of global experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Infrastructure sector. His expertise spans Transportation, Urban Development, Power, and Heavy Civil Construction, with specific strengths in Business Transformation, Profit and Loss (P&L) ownership, and Operational Excellence.

During his career, Mr. Kapil's last assignment was with Tata Projects Limited, where he held the position of President & COO, overseeing the Buildings & Infrastructure SBG. His prior experience includes serving as a Project Director at Hindustan Construction Company (HCC). Additionally, Mr. Kapil has worked with several organizations, including LTA Singapore, NJJV (Impregilo, Italy & HCC JV), Jaiprakash Industries, and Modmap Consultant. Educationally, he holds an Executive MBA from ITM Mumbai and a BE in Civil Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore University.

The company also announced that Mr. Nagesh Veeturi, Executive Director-Civil, will superannuate, marking his cessation as a Senior Management Personnel on May 31, 2026.
