KEC International Bags ₹1,020 Crore Orders Across Civil, Railways and Power Segments

Mumbai, February 3, 2026: KEC International Limited (NSE: KEC, BSE: 532714), a global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction major, has secured fresh orders worth ₹1,020 crore, strengthening its order book across multiple business verticals.

The newly announced contracts span civil construction, transportation infrastructure, power transmission and distribution, and cables and conductors, reflecting diversified demand across domestic and international markets.

Order-Wise Business Breakdown​

Civil Infrastructure​

The civil business has won a significant contract for the construction of a multispeciality hospital from a leading healthcare player in Central India. The order reinforces the company’s growing footprint in healthcare infrastructure projects.

Transportation​

In the transportation segment, the company has secured an order for construction of a railway siding for a private sector client in Central India. The project is expected to support industrial logistics and freight movement.

Power Transmission and Distribution​

The transmission and distribution business continues to see traction with multiple orders, including:

  • 220 kV and 132 kV cabling works from a major steel producer in Eastern India
  • Supply of transmission towers, hardware and poles for projects in the Americas

Cables and Conductors​

The cables and conductors segment has secured orders for supply of various cable and conductor products across India as well as overseas markets, adding to export-linked revenues.

Management Commentary​

Commenting on the development, Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said the latest wins demonstrate strong momentum across business verticals. He highlighted that the hospital project strengthens the civil business presence in the healthcare segment, while the railway siding order is a strategic addition to the transportation portfolio.

He also noted that the company’s subsidiary, SAE Towers, has continued to secure large tower supply orders in the United States, underscoring sustained demand in the North American power transmission market. With these additions, the company’s year-to-date order intake has reached approximately ₹20,300 crore.
