Karnataka Bank Partners with Pine Labs to Enhance Point-of-Sale Services
Karnataka Bank has entered a strategic partnership with Pine Labs Ltd., a prominent provider of Point-of-Sale (PoS) solutions, aimed at strengthening digital payment options for its customer base.The collaboration marks a move by the bank to bolster its digital presence by integrating advanced PoS services across its network.
Speaking on the occasion of the partnership launch, Shri Raghavendra S Bhat, MD & CEO of Karnataka Bank, stated that this alliance aligns with the bank's vision of becoming the "Digital Bank of the Future." Bhat noted that Pine Labs provides user-friendly and reliable PoS solutions, which are vital to the modern digital payment ecosystem. He added that the collaboration will enable the bank's Retail and MSME customers to seamlessly access advanced PoS terminals, thereby promoting digital adoption and driving mutual growth.
Shri Raja B S, Chief Operating Officer, further emphasized the commitment of the bank to its customers. He stated that with this new tie-up, Karnataka Bank will be able to offer next-generation digital payment solutions, which will be available at all its branches nationwide.
